Network Voice Engineer – Staff Augmentation For BMO Branch Conversion for FCB
About this Role:
This role is for a highly skilled, empathetic Cisco Voice Technical Operation Engineer with a solid background/experience in Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Akkadian, Cisco Cube and SIP. The ideal candidate will be driven to problem solve and develop Voice Engineering standards. Work with assigned Project Manager on the BMO Branch Voice projects. Responsible for the FCB Voice design and implementation for the BMO Conversion.
Responsibilities
- Expert in Cisco Voice Products V15
- Works with Global Voice Engineering and Voice Tier 2 staff
- Creates Visio Drawings for the Cisco Voice Infrastructure
- Follows FCB standards for Cisco Voice Systems including, Operations process, backups and DR
- Works documenting all Cisco Voice Infrastructure
- Primary Voice engineer for BMO Voice branch conversion and uses the FCB Voice Branch Site readiness templates, standards and testing models
- Interfaces with all Data Network Team, Voice Operations team and Cisco TAC
Skills and Requirements
Highly skilled in Cisco Voice platforms including Cube, CUCM, UCCX and Expressway.
Visio and past Cisco Voice design documentation with drawings, IP, Ports, SIP traffic pattern and more.
Experience with LFI, PCI and other compliance for voice systems
Experience with Jira is a plus
Experience with Data Network DHCP, Voice Vlan’s and Voice QOS
Experience with Branch Cisco Voice technology
Experience with Akkadian Software is a plus
- Prior experience working in Financial Services, Commercial Banking or Technology is a plus
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time. (Jira)
- Ability to work well in a Global team and as an individual contributor
- Leader for voice team to engineer existing FCB Voice Branch template design to implementation.
- Good Communications skills to turnover Voice Operations team to a Voice Tier 2 team
- Required to work some weekends and on the BMO branch conversion weekend.
- Must have good people skills and professional representation for the Voice team.
Experience
3 years’ experience on Cisco Voice platform
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience Cisco voice infrastructure V14 and V15.
Required Cisco voice platform and SIP services experience
- Working in a global company, understanding team collaboration across different geographies, time zones and culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience of 3-5 years or more
