About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist in our CISCO business unit.
The person will be responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders, contracts and operational tasks
Responsibilities:
Order Processing in SAP: Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Data and Contracts Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, offers and orders.
Customer Support: Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
1-2 years of experience
Numerate with good attention to detail and planning skills
Understands Sales Process
Effective Communication Skills and good relationship building
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
