CIP Operator

FFP, a prominent provider of food and beverage ingredient solutions, is in search of a proficient CIP (Clean-in-Place) Operator to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment and pipelines, a vital aspect of maintaining our product's quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. We seek a meticulous and seasoned professional capable of thriving in a high-speed manufacturing setting. The starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma, or equivalent

· Strong knowledge of sanitation chemicals and usages

· Good organizational and safety skillset

· Chemical Hazard Training Certificate

· Competent understanding of CIP procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Ability to walk/stand up to 12 hours per day

· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of operators and leaders

· Ability to monitor and operator HMI panels

· Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, crouch, climb, push, and pull up to 12 hours per day

· Able to lift up to, and including, 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently

· Ability to work in a fast-paced wet environment
