JOB PURPOSE
If you are looking for a Finance position, we have an exciting opportunity for you within our Customer Invoice to Cash department. We are looking for someone who is eager to develope and gain extensive knowledge, while collaborating internal and external customer.
Collection management support services
- Download and forward invoice copies, statement of account to customers
- Complete ad hoc admin tasks to the Collection Team and Team Leader
- Manage customer communication written and via phone
- Prepare and review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection & dunning in Ci2C tools

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Functional
- Good business acumen
- Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage
Interpersonal
- Ability to interact with colleagues, stakeholders in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback
Language
- Active English language knowledge
Key Dimensions
The Credit Management Trainee reports to Collection Team Lead /Head of Credit & Collection and works closely with Ci2C front line teams in countries / regions.
