Job Summary:
This role is responsible to support the delivery for the accurate preparation and filing tax documents and help business maintain compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Job Description:
Working with external tax advisors on the preparation of corporate tax returns for various companies within the group
Preparation of tax accounting and tax disclosures for statutory accounts purposes
Annual and quarterly ETR reporting under local and US GAAP for the Group
Providing support on other key tax areas such as withholding tax
Assisting with ad hoc planning work and supporting key tax projects
Prepare with tax planning and tax strategy development and implementation
Assist with tax disputes resolution (audit, objection, appeal, etc)
Review accuracy of tax returns, minimize tax liability, determine tax credits and provision.
Responsible for expense and budget management accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from Economic, majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good financial & accounting knowledge
- Sound skills in numerical and in tax regulations
