The Pricing Manager supports the pricing function for the Partnership channel and Group business, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and innovative pricing solutions. The role is responsible for executing product launches, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Pricing
Support end-to-end product development and pricing for Partnership and Group business, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Develop pricing and Prophet models, maintain clear records and documentation, and ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit product approvals, OIC filings, calculation models, profit testing results and UAT results.
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams, and provide pricing expertise for new initiatives.
- Work with reinsurer for the product reinsurance arrangement and approval.
Lead pricing model development and product launches for group insurance (employee benefits, cooperation, affinity), working closely with distribution teams.
Monitor product performance, adjust pricing as needed, and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with OIC regulations and industry standards; stay updated on regulatory changes and support related requests.
Monitor product and channel performance, identify and mitigate risks, and support ad hoc requests from Regional Office.
- Monitor product and channel profitability and sales to ensure strategic alignment.
Identify related risks and provide possible solutions to mitigate risks.
Support ad hoc requests from Regional Office.
- Coordinate and support product launches and new projects across departments.
- Guide and develop team members, fostering skill growth and ownership.

QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- Actuarial society membership or progress towards qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of actuarial pricing experience, preferably in life insurance.
- Strong knowledge of OIC regulations and industry standards.
- Experience with Prophet or similar actuarial modeling tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
