This role will support the company's agency distribution channel for Mainland Chinese Visitor (MCV) segment growth via implementation of strategies that empowers recruitment, increase awareness, enhance client relationship and drive business growth, including but not limited shaping MCV facing narratives, crafting marketing collateral for recruitment, establishing rapport with MCV communities, managing agent incentive campaign, organizing online training, seminars, and KOL engagement.
- Mainland Chinese Talent Packaged HK identify program
- Establish partnership with immigration consultants and IANG course providers to offer MCT packages, with immigration consultation service.
- Take lead on course application, liaise with IANG course providers. - Project Management & End-to-End project Delivery
- Delivery of strategic projects, manage the full project life cycles from initiations, planning, execution to closure with effective governance mechanism
- Develop and track KPI to measure the success of company initiatives/projects. - MCV Communities Rapport Establishment & Maintenance
- Design the win-win partnership with MCV communities
- Identify and develop necessary service support for MCV agents/ client via maximizing the integration & optimization of multi-industry resources internally & externally to drive the implementation of service ecosystem initiatives.
- Partner with immigration consultants and IANG course providers to offer Chubb MCT (Mainland China Talent) packages
- Organise career events in PRC and HK (with China focus) - Agency Incentive Campaign Management
- Design and implement agency incentive campaign that boost MCV business
- Establish campaign governance, KPI and ensure delivery - Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline and over 6 years of working experience in Life Insurance industry
- Knowledge of HK insurance industry, experiences in agency development & event marketing will be an asset
- Knowledge of mainland social media landscape, industry trends, competitor landscape and market dynamics
- Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Abilities to transform data into actionable insights to achieve business goals
