- Responsible for implementing a range of risk management processes and procedures to ensure that AML/CTF and financial crime risks are analysed, understood, mitigated, controlled regularly.
- Developing AML and CTF Program for the company by:
- Developing and updating the Policy and Procedure of AML/CTF
- Ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) Principles comply with all prevailing laws and regulations
- Updating laws and regulations with regards to the AML/CTF and socializing the new laws and legislation regarding the KYC Principles and AML/CTF.
- Monitoring the implementation of internal procedure concerning KYC & AML/CTF.
- Conduct screening as required by AML regulation.
- Ensuring effective implementation of AML system to identify, analysis, monitor, and provide ongoing report of transactions carried out by the Customers.
- Monitoring the customer’s transaction.
- Ensuring the implementation of customer data and profile are updating.
- Preparing training materials and providing training on KYC Principles and AML/CTF.
- Rendering advice and solution on the implementation on KYC & AML/CTF.
- Analysing reports of potential suspicious transaction or any large cash report received.
- Preparing reports such as any suspicious transaction reports and compliance reports to the regulator.
- Acting as a liaison officer to Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan/Indonesian Financial Transaction Analysis and Reporting Centre (PPATK/INTRAC) and maintaining good networking and relationship with OJK/FSA; Indonesian Life Insurance Association; PPATK/INTRAC.
- To fulfil any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company’s direction.
- Creating money laundering prevention awareness amongst staffs and sales force by creating, updating, and providing money laundering prevention training as well as deliverance and monitoring.
- Developing sound relationship with business unit to ensure that money laundering prevention awareness remain High, inclusive relationship with local regulators and act as primary contact person for money laundering related activities.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance/Accountancy, Law, Business Studies/Management
- 1 - 2 years, preferable in AML Compliance experience and/or Compliance (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- High integrity.
- Sound knowledge of AML /CTF and Sanction requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough.
- Analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, Law, Business Studies, or Management
- 1–2 years of AML compliance or general compliance experience; fresh graduates are welcome
