Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a remote National Manager role representing Chromebook!

We are seeking a National Program Manager who will oversee a team of dedicated remote-based Regional Managers and play a pivotal role in managing and leading Chromebook's Field Sales Team. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will be responsible for the overall delivery, execution, and success of the Field Sales program. This includes directly managing a diverse team of Regional Managers and cross-functional support team members.

Establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the client and delivery departments is essential to your success. You will travel regularly and meet with field management to ensure that leadership skills, training techniques, and escalation support are consistently communicated and reinforced.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the direct contact for Chromebook and ensure program and client needs are being met
  • Coordinate the Client Management team to meet and/or exceed each Region's Sales Goals and Objectives
  • Responsible for identifying and ensuring resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Responsible for communicating and managing region-level T&E budget(s)
  • Motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of the Regional Managers to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and retail contacts to align goals and strategies for effective field execution
  • Effectively coach/mentor Regional Managers and ensure proper training in management techniques, products, policies, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established procedures

Performance Measurements:

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently exceed assigned sales targets
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Maintain an expected NPS and Mystery Shop
  • Optimize Team Performance: Achieve expected staffing and attrition targets
  • Foster Strong Client Relationships: Build and cultivate relationships with senior-level program leaders on the client and retail side.
  • Effective Mentorship and Coaching: Maintain an employee satisfaction score of 90% or higher for mentorship and coaching
  • Manage Budgets Effectively: Maintain an effective program P&L

Qualifications:

  • Business degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of retail and national sales management experience required
  • Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience required
  • Exercise operational excellence and a high level of proficiency in G-Suite
  • Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem-solve
  • Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
