You will join China Operation Team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are:
- Lead overall operations in China covering Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with Group and Regional strategies.
- Drive operational excellence across all plants, focusing on lean production, continuous improvement and automation projects
- Ensure best-in-class EHS performance, building a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and Group standards.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics and inventory optimization to ensure on-time delivery and working capital efficiency.
- Ensure QMS and quality targets achievement
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, including plant managers and functional heads, strengthening organizational capability and succession pipeline.
- Manage budget, cost control, and efficiency improvement
- Ensure EHS, compliance, and internal audit implementation
