Job DescriptionA Quality Service Delivery Manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services.
Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care.
Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

QualificationsOwn car is essential for this role **
Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff
Passion for childcare
At least 2 written references are required.

Skills Required
