Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company's technological vision and strategy. This executive role involves overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  

  • Develop and implement the company's technological vision and strategy.
    

  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
    

• Innovation and Development:
  

  • Foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead in the industry.
    

  • Oversee research and development of new technologies and solutions.
    

• Team Management:
  

  • Lead and mentor the IT leadership team, including the IT Director and other senior IT personnel.
    

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all IT departments.
    

• Governance and Compliance:
  

  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
    

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  

• Proven track record of leading large-scale IT initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  

Certifications:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
  

• ITIL Foundation or higher
  

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
