The roleYou'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Metaview's CEO to drive alignment across teams, streamlining how we operate, and setting an uncomfortable pace for execution. You'll be crucial to helping us scale effectively from a 45 person company to 100+ and beyond.
Key ownership areas:
Set the pace and standard for our internal meetings, decisions, and documentation. We're seeking consistent excellence.
Assist the CEO in achieving world-class investor relations, through levelling up board meetings, investor updates, and fundraise processes
You're another barrel in the company. You'll own and execute on new initiatives in lieu of a long-term owner (for example, you might take on a project to expand our partnerships, or launch a new office).
Foster a culture of accountability and high performance throughout the organization.
You use AI to accelerate your impact—whether through smarter analysis, better documentation of processes, or faster decision-making.
Develop a depth of understanding of our company and market, such that you find problems and opportunities we otherwise wouldn't know about.
You've seen greatness at other startups (or other high performance environments) with exposure to operations, finance, and strategy.
Proven ability to make it happen through both personal execution and leadership.
Exceptional attention to detail and communication.
