We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to run the operating system of the company, extend the CEO’s bandwidth, and ensure Metaforms moves with clarity, alignment, and speed.

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at cross-functional execution, and enjoys being deeply plugged into strategy, operations, communication, and decision-making. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, a connector across teams, and the driver behind high-leverage special projects.

• Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence so the company moves in a predictable, high-performance rhythm.

• Drive leadership reviews, product checkpoints, hiring pipelines, board prep, and inter-team alignment.

• Ensure nothing “falls between functions” — especially as we operate and scale across NYC ↔ India.

• Convert decisions → actions → outcomes consistently and reliably.

• Translate CEO priorities into clarity and alignment across teams.

• Prepare the CEO for investor meetings, customer escalations, vision memos, and product strategy sessions.

• Shield leadership from noise; gather context from teams; write first drafts of key documents.

• Ensure Metaforms maintains sharp focus and avoids distraction as we scale.

You’ll act as the bridge between engineering, product, and the rest of the organization by:

• Communicating engineering and product updates clearly to GTM, Customer Support, and leadership.

• Creating clarity, coordination, and accountability across product → engineering → CS workflows.

• Ensuring teams stay unblocked, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

• Reducing operational overhead for technical leaders so they can focus on deep execution and innovation.

Drive high-leverage initiatives that have no natural home but are critical to company momentum, including:

• Establishing and scaling New York presence & partnerships

• Pricing revamp initiatives

• Qualitative product expansion (Metaforms Voice)

• Synthetic data exploration

• Strategic customer migrations

• Competitive teardowns and research reports

• Any time-sensitive or CEO-level priorities that require disciplined execution
  You will take these projects from 0 → 1 → a stable long-term owner.

Metaforms is brand-heavy, craft-focused, and reliability-obsessed — someone must guard this internally.

• Write internal posts, decision docs, strategy memos, and narratives to ensure consistency of voice.

• Reinforce company values through actions, decisions, and communication — not slogans.

• Strengthen unified culture across NY leadership and India engineering so we operate as one cohesive team.
  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you are a narrative builder.

• Highly structured thinker who can take ambiguity and turn it into clarity.

• Strong project execution skills with the ability to run multiple high-importance initiatives simultaneously.

• Comfortable operating across product, engineering, GTM, support, and leadership.

• Bias toward action — you don’t wait for instructions; you create momentum.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse personalities.

• Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution in the same hour.

• Previous Chief of Staff / Strategy / Founder’s Office experience.

• Experience at high-growth startups or high-ownership environments.

• Exposure to product, GTM, and engineering orgs.

• Ability to write crisp narratives, strategy docs, and internal communications.
