Job Overview:
As our Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic thinker and operational doer, working closely with our Executive team. You will oversee critical organizational priorities, improve efficiency, and act as a liaising partner across all functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and deliver long-term company strategy.
  • Manage meeting cadence for the board of directors and leadership team.
  • Provide insights via dashboards and analysis to assist in strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Track progress from meeting preparation to execution, ensuring actionable follow-through.
  • Oversee cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives.
  • Manage and report on financial processes, budgeting, and the hiring of key personnel.
  • Review internal and external communications, and monitor information flow.
  • Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations driven by technology and data.
  • Create systems and processes to streamline operations.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
  • Strong understanding of Software/SaaS businesses.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial reviews.
  • Focus on operations management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Technical Skills:

  • Data analysis

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
  • Proficiency in P&L analytics

Key Result Areas:

  • Oversee budgets, planning cycles, and special projects such as new business models, hiring plans, restructurings, or business reviews.
  • Ensure effective delivery of time, information, and decision processes.
  • Manage meetings/reviews cadence across departments and publish observations.
  • Anticipate and diplomatically handle sensitive problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience of 4+ years, with overall experience of up to 8 years.
  • Extensive experience working with CEOs/leaders in mid-to-large startups.
