Chief of Staff @ Clay
We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to be the driving force behind our operational cadence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team, playing a key role in scaling our business. Your responsibilities will span across various functions, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the entire company.
Impact You'll Have

  • Design and implement operational strategies and processes to keep the business running seamlessly. Develop new ideas and bring them to life.
  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for special projects, ensuring successful execution across teams.
  • Assist with investor relations, board meeting preparation, and other executive tasks. Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to drive company outcomes. Optimize workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other operational needs across departments.
  • Track key performance indicators, identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and other industry leaders.
