  • Lead and author executive-level materials (strategy documents, board and senior leadership updates, all-hands content) that synthesize input from the leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Define and track metrics and OKRs; use data to surface delivery, talent, cost and technology gaps and drive corrective action.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs that improve how Engineering, Product and the business plan and deliver, including process and tooling improvements that increase visibility into resourcing, timelines and quality.
  • Act as a trusted sounding board and extension of the Head of CoCounsel Legal engineering; represent them in forums as needed and manage escalations, risks and dependencies across teams.
  • Partner with communications support to plan and execute internal and external communications and engagement.
  • Build a broad network of trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across Thomson Reuters.
  • Serve as a credible bridge between engineering teams and senior leadership, translating technical complexity into strategic insight and actionable decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills; data-driven, intellectually curious and detail-oriented.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and visual communication; able to present to senior executives and write clearly, concisely and compellingly.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, especially with senior management and executives, in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
