Main Requirements:
Bring experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role
Work closely with CEO and team leads to lead the firm in a positive direction
Partner with CEO to oversee business decisions
Delegate tasks and responsibilities
Give constructive feedback to team members
Lead and organize team meetings with all departments
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team
Build client relationships in in-person and virtual settings
Skills Required
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role
- Proven ability to partner closely with a CEO and senior team leads
- Experience overseeing and helping guide high-level business decisions
- Strong delegation and task management skills
- Ability to give constructive feedback and coach team members
- Experience leading and organizing cross-departmental team meetings
- Skilled at facilitating communication and collaboration across teams
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships in-person and virtually
