Company Description

As the leader in Digital Employee Experience, Nexthink gives enterprises real-time visibility into how employees experience technology across devices, applications, networks, and digital workflows. Our platform helps IT teams move from reactive support to proactive, automated experience management: seeing issues, diagnosing root causes, fixing problems at scale, and increasingly using AI to deliver faster, more intelligent outcomes for employees. Nexthink describes its platform as a unified DEX data and automation layer with AI-powered IT agents and Spark, built to help teams decide, design, automate, and resolve employee issues instantly.

  • Setting the agenda, running, and synthesizing internal meetings, business reviews, and regular all hands.
  • Keep the CRO and CCO accessible and open to new ideas and proposals.
  • Help with implementation of key operational processes across the GTM organization, ensuring full alignment and accountability.
  • Collaborate to develop, track, and target team-wide success across our quarterly OKRs. Manage all planning sessions, check-ins (bus.), and review meetings alongside our CRO and CCO.
  • Act as “Second in Command” when the CRO steps out for other key duties.
  • Supports team communication and information sharing, working cross-functionally to identify pain points and develop solutions to continuously improve information sharing.
  • Track, manage and report on Sales budget, including Sales meetings, events, and Sales team travel.
  • Embody our core values in all that you do: We are one team, We are positive, We keep growing and We get things done!
