We’re looking for a Chief of Staff, Product + Tech

We are looking for a technically fluent, dynamic and hard-working Chief of Staff, Product + Tech to join our team. 

The Chief of Staff is the connective tissue between our engineering and product development teams and the teams who connect with our customers.

How you'll contribute

• Drive internal product communications, including internal release notes (for commercial stakeholders and for technical stakeholders)
• Own ​​incident communications to commercial teams 
• Help manage the rollout of major feature releases and new product launches.
• Collaborate with key team members (product, marketing, sales, legal) to prepare products for launch
• Own product to market calendar
• Lead planning for annual strategic plan
• Lead planning + materials for Internal Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Board of Directors meetings for Product + Tech
• Lead planning + materials for Quarterly Product and Tech All Hands
• Provide administrative support for product + tech leadership team

What you need

• One to three years of proven success in a similar role, driving successful operational programs within product development and/or engineering
• Specific experience with software product development
• Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with business systems and tools (e.g., JIRA)
