Chief of Staff - Personal Assistant to the CEO (PH) - AI Expert

Most assistant roles are about managing calendars.

This role is about helping build businesses.

We’re looking for a highly intelligent, commercially minded operator to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, growth, investments, partnerships, and high-level problem solving.

One day you may be researching international tax structures in Dubai.The next, speaking with major organisations about large-scale event requirements.The next, analysing property investments or helping evaluate a new business opportunity.

This is not a task-following role.

This is for someone who can think, adapt, communicate, and execute at a high level.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Solve business and operational problems directly with the CEO
• Conduct research across industries, markets, investments, and opportunities
• Prepare recommendations and commercial insights
• Communicate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
• Help drive projects from concept to execution
• Create structure in fast-moving environments
• Think critically, not just complete tasks

You will not be micromanaged.

You will be expected to figure things out.
