The Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a strategic and operational partner who helps drive execution across the entire revenue organization (Service Lines, Sales & Marketing). He/She will run the forecasting and operating cadence, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare executive and board materials, and ensure that the CRO’s priorities are translated into measurable actions. The Chief of Staff will be the CRO’s trusted strategic partner, driving execution of high-impact priorities, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CRO to co-define and execute CRO priorities, Service Line/Sales/Mktg
strategy, and their goals.
- Support annual budget planning and target setting by each Unit
- Help building business cases for investments tied to ROI
- Coordinate Commission and Bonus plan design aligned with corporate growth
- Prepare strategic briefs, dashboards, and performance summaries to support
executive decisions.
Expected Outcomes: Strategic plans translated into operational milestones;
cross-functional alignment and progress tracking realized.
2. Executive Preparation & Briefing Support
- Develop and prepare CRO-ready presentations, slide decks, speech notes,
talking points, and executive summaries for conferences, board meetings, client
engagements, and strategic external meetings
- Conduct deep briefings to prepare the CRO for high-visibility engagements with
advisors, partners, clients, industry events and media interactions.
- Provide context, recommended narratives, and Q&A aids for speaking engagements.
Expected Outcomes: Professional, polished executive materials; CRO fully prepared and
confident for all major public and private engagements.
3. Client & Partner Engagement Coordination
- Set up and coordinate high-level meetings to connect the CRO with key
stakeholders, including CXOs at partner firms, strategic advisors, enterprise clients,
and industry forums.
- Manage logistics, agendas, pre-reads, follow-up items, and stakeholder mapping for
these engagements.
- Ensure seamless coordination across sales, alliances, marketing, and delivery
functions for external executive interactions.
Expected Outcomes: Strong relationships established with critical partners and clients;
clear communication and strategic follow-through on action items.
4. Alignment & Operating Cadence
- Oversee SLT operating rhythms including leadership agendas, weekly/fortnightly
check-ins, quarterly reviews and annual strategic planning cycles.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and drive clarity on
- priorities.
- Prepare and track reports, dashboards and insights on KPIs across CRO org
- Prioritize CRO’s calendar for ELT/SLT connects , define agendas and capture decisions, follow up on action items
Expected Outcomes: Efficient executive workflows; improved cross-team collaboration;
reduced operational friction , higher success rate in achieving KPIs and Targets
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear
and consistent communication of priorities, decisions, and strategic direction.
- Support CRO communications, including internal Townhalls, all-hands, leadership updates, and key internal leadership memos.
Expected Outcomes: Transparent communication across teams; strengthened leadership
credibility; timely action follow-through.
Required Qualification:
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, executive support, consulting, or
senior leadership roles.
- Proven ability to prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and
communications.

- Comfortable interfacing with CXOs, partners, and external audiences.
