As our Chief of Staff, you are the strategic right-hand to the leadership team—driving cross-functional alignment, championing high-impact initiatives, and transforming ideas into tangible results. Through your hands-on leadership and forward-thinking approach, you’ll help shape enmacc’s growth, ensuring the entire organization is equipped to execute on our vision and thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
What You’ll Do:- Act as Trusted Partner to the Leadership Team: Serve as a strategic ally to senior leadership by orchestrating high-priority meetings, shaping strategic communications, ensuring accountable follow-through on decisions, and proactively sharing your insights on critical topics.
- Execute Company-Wide Strategy: Lead high-impact initiatives from ideation to completion. Apply top-notch project management skills to keep stakeholders aligned, hit milestones, and deliver tangible business results.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the “glue” between teams by spotting gaps, removing roadblocks, and ensuring a smooth flow of information and resources across key projects.
- Foster Company-Wide Engagement: Champion all-hands communications (weekly company meeting, monthly town halls, kickoffs) to keep everyone informed, cultivate collaboration, and reinforce our culture.
