As Chief of Staff to Growth, you are the execution engine behind some of our most critical commercial initiatives. You work directly with the VP Growth to formulate and turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You don’t just coordinate projects. You drive them end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Data and Operations.

What You’ll Be Up To (some examples):

  • Cross-Functional Growth Projects: You lead high-impact, cross-team initiatives that directly affect revenue. You define scope, align stakeholders, track metrics, and ensure delivery.
  • Market Expansion Playbooks: You help standardize and execute the “Insify Launch Machine” for new markets. You translate strategy into launch checklists and milestones, define CAC and PMF guardrails, track performance post-launch and identify gaps.
  • Customer Journey Optimization & Experimentation: You partner with Product and Data to identify commercial opportunities, design tests, and lead execution.
  • Revenue Operations & Commercial Frameworks: You analyze, design and improve the operating system behind Growth. You drive and execute our monetization and discount strategy, increasing conversion rates and revenue per customer.

Your Profile:

  • This role is ideal if you are currently a Strategy Consultant or Project Lead who is tired of just making slides and wants to "own" the implementation and results.
  • Background in strategy, business operations, marketing, or a previous Chief of Staff role within a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
  • Ability to take an ambitious, messy idea and transform it into a clear, executable roadmap.
  • Highly proactive and organized; you thrive when managing several overlapping timelines and know how to focus on what actually moves the needle.
  • A "get it done" mentality. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work required to prove a concept before scaling it.

  • You prioritize a 40-hour work week: We operate in a high-intensity 'startup-plus' environment. This isn't a standard 9-to-5; driving global impact here requires a level of dedication and 'always-on' spirit that goes well beyond the typical 40-hour work week.
  • You prefer your comfort zone: We operate at the edge of our capabilities; if you aren't comfortable with constant change and being challenged, you won’t thrive here.
  • You prefer to stay high-level: While this is a strategic role, no task is too small. If you aren't willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the "weeds" of execution, this isn't the right fit.
  • A steep learning curve feels daunting: We move fast and use cutting-edge AI; you need to be an aggressive self-learner who can master new domains in days, not months.
