As Chief of Staff, you will be the primary strategic partner to the CEO of a fast-growing government intelligence platform. You'll drive high-impact projects from end-to-end, optimize internal operations, and bridge the gap between product strategy and go-to-market execution to modernize how government agencies process critical cases across the country.

What you will do:
Design and execute high-priority strategic projects across the organization to ensure scalable GTM and customer success operations.
Partner with the CEO to drive company strategy, set OKRs, and manage internal feedback loops to influence the product roadmap.
Build and refine internal systems and processes to maintain operational excellence during a period of rapid national expansion.
The ideal candidate:
Has 6+ years of experience in Tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth startup.
Demonstrates an exceptional ability to communicate and influence stakeholders ranging from technical teams and investors to government officials.
Possesses a fierce bias to action and a deep personal mission to improve the efficiency and modernization of government systems.
