The Chief of Staff is a senior strategic leadership role designed to extend the reach, effectiveness, and executional capacity of the Group CEO. Acting as a high-level strategic partner, this role ensures that the CEO’s priorities are translated into measurable outcomes across the organization.

The Chief of Staff plays a central role in aligning cross-functional initiatives with the Group’s long-term vision, driving execution at the highest level, and maintaining operational excellence within the CEO’s office. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, operational depth, and absolute discretion.
Main Responsibilities

  • Represent the Group CEO in high-stakes internal and external meetings.
  • Lead negotiations and hold the authority to finalize and close commercial deals.
  • Work closely with the Executive Committee, ensuring that leadership decisions are communicated clearly and translated into action.
  • Drive the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all departments remain aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.
  • Identify and resolve friction points within the business.
  • Adapt a "hands-on" approach to dive into the granular details of a project or department to fix issues directly.
  • Prepare the CEO and ExCo for Board and meetings by synthesizing complex data into high-level, actionable briefings.
  • Manage the operational rhythm of the CEO’s office, serving as a filter to ensure executive focus is dedicated exclusively to the firm’s highest-leverage priorities.
  • Monitor the internal climate of the firm to identify emerging risks, or cultural misalignments before they require formal intervention.
  • Lead sensitive, early-stage assignments—such as market entries or internal restructuring.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field from a leading university. An MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
  • A background in management consulting, corporate development, or a senior operational role within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • A proven track record of managing complex negotiations and a deep understanding of the levers that drive business profitability.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and Board-level stakeholders to reach consensus on difficult decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level strategy while simultaneously overseeing the practical, day-to-day details of project delivery.
  • Full professional fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, 50% of the time.
