We are looking for a high-impact Business Strategy & Growth professional to work directly with the CEO on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business initiatives. This is a highly entrepreneurial role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can seamlessly switch between strategy and execution.

The role spans revenue operations, international market expansion, partnerships, enterprise growth, and new business initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, launching new revenue channels, optimizing business processes, and supporting key strategic decisions that directly influence company growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to drive business growth, revenue strategy, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to improve pricing, packaging, sales processes, demo effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Design and implement revenue operations frameworks, sales tracking systems, forecasting models, and performance dashboards.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to develop upselling, retention, and churn reduction strategies.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives by identifying and launching new growth opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel development programs.
  • Support planning and execution of event-led growth and partnership-driven business development initiatives.
  • Assist in managing enterprise-level opportunities and strategic customer engagements.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to improve overall business outcomes.
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks to support long-term business growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 4–8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, revenue operations, consulting, startup leadership, or growth-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, revenue generation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to build and scale new initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups with high levels of ownership and ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for growth and operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Founder, founding team, startup operator, or entrepreneurial experience is highly preferred.
