Who We Are

CEO Life is a private executive leadership community uniting established CEOs, founders, and senior executives across cities and regions, and increasingly around the world. Members are accomplished leaders who value discretion, depth, and stewardship, and our chapters give them a place to gather, grow, and give by building real relationships instead of simply collecting contacts.

About the Role

CEO Life is hiring its first full-time Chief Revenue Officer to build and lead the revenue organization behind our next stage of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will own two critical growth engines: expanding membership across our chapter network and building the high-ticket sales organization responsible for Chapter Partnership growth across the U.S. and, ultimately, internationally.

This is a builder's role for a sales leader who wants the opportunity to create the team, systems, processes, and performance culture needed to deliver predictable, scalable revenue. You'll operate at the executive level while remaining close to the business, coaching the team, improving the sales process, and personally stepping into important sales conversations when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a scalable revenue organization across membership sales, local chapter sales, and Chapter Partnership growth.

• Own the sales strategy behind CEO Life's "Road to 20" objective: 20 new members per month, per chapter, and establish the metrics and accountability needed to consistently achieve it.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of high-ticket closers, appointment setters, and future sales leaders.

• Build a repeatable sales playbook encompassing qualification, consultative selling, scripts, coaching, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing.

• Partner closely with Marketing to connect lead generation, funnel performance, CAC, and conversion data to revenue outcomes.

• Build and continually improve the CRM, reporting, automation, and sales technology infrastructure needed to create predictable, measurable revenue.

• Lead the sales strategy for CEO Life Chapter Partnerships, including building the team, pipeline, and process required to expand into new U.S. and international markets.

• Lead from the front by staying close to the sales floor, coaching individual performers, reviewing calls, and personally helping close business when it matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive high-ticket sales experience, including significant experience building and leading sales teams.

• A track record of creating scalable sales organizations, not simply inheriting established teams and processes.

• Strong personal sales credibility, with experience closing meaningful high-ticket transactions and the ability to coach others from experience.

• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing sales professionals across distributed or multi-market teams.

• Strong command of CRM, pipeline management, sales automation, forecasting, KPIs, and revenue analytics.

• An understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, including lead generation, funnel performance, conversion, and CAC.

• Experience in membership, professional services, coaching, franchise or licensing, SaaS, or another high-ticket environment is highly valuable.

• Experience with six- or seven-figure transactions is particularly valuable for CEO Life's Chapter Partnership growth.

• A builder's mindset: strategic enough to architect the revenue organization and hands-on enough to work alongside the team when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.

Benefits

• Competitive executive compensation package with significant performance-based earning potential

• Contribution toward health, dental, and vision

• Fully remote, with minimal travel for company events a few times per year

• The opportunity to build the revenue organization behind CEO Life's next stage of growth, with a vision to reach 50,000 leaders across 150+ U.S. and global chapters by 2030

• A seat at the executive table with direct ownership of the sales infrastructure, team, and strategy needed to help turn that vision into reality

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of progressive high-ticket sales experience, including significant experience building and leading sales teams
  • Track record of creating scalable sales organizations
  • Experience closing meaningful high-ticket transactions and coaching others from personal sales experience
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing sales professionals across distributed or multi-market teams
  • Strong command of CRM, pipeline management, sales automation, forecasting, KPIs, and revenue analytics
  • Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, lead generation, funnel performance, conversion, and CAC
  • Experience in membership, professional services, coaching, franchise or licensing, SaaS, or another high-ticket environment
  • Experience with six- or seven-figure transactions
  • Builder’s mindset combining strategic revenue organization design with hands-on sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
