Duties:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies, goals, and policies.
- Managing day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preparing and overseeing budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
- Supervising senior staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability.
- Providing high-level decisions on business activities, investments, and partnerships.
- Tracking progress toward organizational goals, KPIs, and compliance with regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, government agencies, and investors.
- Identifying potential risks and ensuring the organization operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Exploring new opportunities for business development, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Develop sustainable revenue models, including ads, partnerships, and subscriptions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and content regulations.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe digital environment.
- Represent the company with regulators, advertisers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as a spokesperson at media and tech events to strengthen the brand’s reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent), preferably
- Proven leadership experience in management or executive roles for a period of 10-15 years
- Strong background in strategic planning, operations, and financial management.
- Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in business software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
