Our client is a leading financial services firm who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives, particularly in the securities sector.
- Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to meet its strategic goals. This includes succession planning and workforce development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-caliber employees.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an executive role, preferably within the financial or securities industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics.
- Ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness.
