We are looking for an experienced Chief Architect to own and evolve the group-level architecture across the SINGU platform and all current and future products within the group. This role is critical to ensuring that our growing portfolio of products and acquisitions forms a cohesive, scalable, and well-integrated suite for enterprise clients.

You will define architectural direction across multiple systems, guide integration strategies, and work closely with engineering leaders to ensure architectural consistency while allowing teams autonomy in execution. This is a hands-on strategic role, focused on long-term platform evolution rather than day-to-day delivery management

• Extensive experience as a Chief Architect, Principal Architect, or Principal Engineer in a complex software environment.

• Strong background in designing and evolving enterprise-scale SaaS architectures.

• Proven experience integrating multiple products or platforms into a cohesive ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of backend, frontend, and mobile architectures, as well as APIs and distributed systems.

• Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, security best practices, scalability, and reliability.

• Experience working with distributed teams and influencing architecture without direct authority.

• Experience with M&A technical due diligence and post-acquisition system integration is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architectural concepts clearly.

• Fluent English (C1+), spoken and written.

• Own and evolve the group-level architecture across SINGU and all acquired or future products.

• Define architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures used across engineering teams.

• Design and oversee integration strategies that enable a unified product suite for customers, including APIs, data flows, and shared services.

• Work closely with the Head of Software Engineering and engineering managers to align architectural decisions with delivery realities.

• Support modernization initiatives, including legacy system evolution, platform convergence, and technical debt reduction.

• Participate in M&A activities, providing architectural input, technical due diligence, and integration planning for newly acquired companies and products.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to Product, Platform Engineering, and senior leadership.

• Review major architectural proposals and ensure decisions support scalability, security, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

• Communicate architectural direction clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Shape the architecture of a growing enterprise SaaS group with multiple products and acquisitions.

• Play a key role in defining how independent systems become a unified platform for customers.

• Work closely with senior engineering leadership and influencelong-term technology strategy.

• Operate in an international, high-impact environment with significant autonomy.
