Position Overview:
We are seeking a distinguished and visionary Chief Architect to lead our architecture strategy, drive technology innovation, and ensure that our technical solutions are fully aligned with our business objectives. As a key executive leader, you will define and oversee the organization's architectural vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms and systems. Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Vision: Driving strategic alignment and technical vision across diverse domains through influence and collaboration rather than formal authority.
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Design and maintain scalable, flexible, and secure architecture frameworks, ensuring efficiency across all technology systems.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of technological advancements and evaluate emerging technologies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives, engineering teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment between architecture, strategy, and execution.
- Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance models to optimize system performance and maintain security compliance.
- Scalability & Performance Optimization: Ensure all solutions are built for high availability, reliability, and scalability, supporting both current and future business needs.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop a team of manager, architects and technical leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a Chief Architecture who led and empower the architecture domain from a SaaS cloud base company.
- Deep expertise in developing cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems and SaaS applications.
- Solid experience in managing and leading employees from managers to principal architects and engineers.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or other emerging technologies is required.
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
