Job Description- Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
- Conduct and report financial analysis of business performance to ensure company’s financial stability and assist in driving business strategy
- Lead business strategy to deliver on Financial KPIs, working capital, and full ownership of P&L
- Responsible and lead contribute end-to-end timely and accurate financial reporting process from record compilation, month end close reconciliation, result analytics, internal and external reporting
- Ensure all financial transactions are systemically and regularly recorded, accounted for and reconciled vs. budgets
- Conduct research and identify analysis and recommendation / solutions to business problems
- Improve systems, work procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, auditors as well as guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
- Other ad-hoc/assignments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Excellent in English Communication in both written and verbal
- Effective Communication
- At least 7 years of experience in Auditing/Accounting
