Job Description
Our Drive & Control division is seeking a dynamic and competent Chief Accountant to join our team in Vietnam office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting and cost controlling activities for Rexroth Vietnam.
Responsibilities includes:
- Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management board reports, financial statements
- Financial planning, tracking and analyze variances
- Month/Year end closing activities
- Timely billing, cost accuracy and management of material standard prices & variances
- Credit management, supporting customer master data maintenance and overdue accounts receivable
- Public Office for tax purposes, responsible for tax related (corporate, VAT, WHT) computations & submissions
- Maintain and manage accurate recordings of expenditures and forecasts through effective communications and collaborations with various departments
- Liaise with government agencies/authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accountancy equivalent
- Certificate of Chief Accountant training, good knowledge of local GAAP
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong sense of reliability, accountability and compliance
- Meet the ethical and knowledge/skill requirements of the laws
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system and Microsoft office applications (esp. Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels and be a dynamic team player
