How You’ll Shine

As part of our talented culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering memorable food experiences for our guests by:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail

• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Assisting with menu planning and contributing ideas for seasonal and event offerings

• Managing stock rotation, ordering, and cost control in line with business needs

• Supporting smooth kitchen operations through teamwork and clear communication

• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to uphold our service and presentation standards

From intimate dinners to special events, you’ll take pride in producing beautiful, flavourful dishes that showcase the best of local ingredients and hospitality.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a qualified and experienced culinary professional who demonstrates:

• Proven experience in a Chef role within a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment

• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• A genuine passion for quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction

• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements

• The ability to work collaboratively and calmly under pressure

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Base Remuneration for full time roles between $73,810 - $76,600

• Casual roles based on award hourly rates
