Job Description
To draft wills for Wealth and Investment clients with a view to drive a consistent and universal customer and stakeholder experience in line with our client value proposition. To check draft wills for correctness, legal compliance and enforceability. To adhere to the risk processes by legality checking wills to ensure that it is correct and meets the legal requirements specified in the wills act. To mentor, train and provide assistance and guidance through the checking process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Of Laws (LLB) Degree
- Admitted Attorney
Experience Required
- 5-7 years Experience within a legal practice or fiduciary environment.
- 5 -7 years Experience with Knowledge and technical know-how relating to all aspects of wills drafting
- Experience in understanding the law relating to wills, estate planning and the administration of estates processes.
- Must have Knowledge of applicable legislation and the legal policies and procedures pertaining to the local, regional and relevant international laws.
