As CHC Senior Financial Analyst within our finance team , you’ll warrantying that accuracy and timely the structural cost closing and support local teams forecasting process.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in Monthly closing activities
- Responsible for monthly closing activities cost and opex; including accruals review and booking, expenditure reclass among others
- Warranty that opex is correctly booked in local systems
- Analyse on a monthly basis all country/zone central costs notably: structural cost, personnel costs and headcounts, verticalized function
Be a Business Partner for business teams
- Support stakeholders in strategic decision-making process based on sound judgment, finance expertise and business acumen
- Partner with business teams to provide a financial evaluation of business costs and opportunities for improvements
Participate in budget & forecast
- Develop forecast related to structural cost: work in hand with local teams in order to deliver best estimate expenditure (ensure data accuracy in a timely manner). Identifying Risk and Opportunities to present local business
- Develop budget and forecast related to central costs: run of scenarios based on local guidelines and ambitions
Perform other finance tasks:
- Identify and request or perform Masterdata management in systems
- Participate in internal control and audit processes to ensure compliance within his/her perimeter
Key Working Relationships
- Finance teams: BA&C team, Financial Performance team, IA Business Partner, , GBU Financial Performance team
- Business teams: local teams (Growth Performance, Market Access, Sales Force), Global verticalized functions, HR among others
About you
- Experience: Comprehensive experience in a financial leadership role
- Soft and technical skills:
- Proficiency in ERP (eg. SAP) and reporting tools (eg. TM1)
- Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through an impeccable understanding of the finance drivers
- A well-developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner
- Collaborative and highly proactive attitude and ability to interact and communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholders
- Education: Degree qualified in finance and accounting
- Languages: Advanced English
