Position Purpose:

Configure and maintain business applications that support academic, enrollment, and operational workflows at Charis Bible College. Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvement across departments, and support data-driven decision-making. Reports to the Charis Bible College Data Analyst.

Essential Duties:

  • Configure and maintain business applications to support departmental workflows, including automations, views, and data entry processes.
  • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements across academic, enrollment, and operational functions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of top challenges faced by each business unit and proactively identify solutions and make recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all departments of Charis Bible College to gather requirements and deliver working solutions; train and support users post-launch.
  • Translate business questions from stakeholders into data queries across systems such as Airtable and the SQL data warehouse, delivering accurate and timely answers that support enrollment, academic, and operational decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) from existing data sources, keeping them accurate and relevant as business needs evolve.
  • Support data migration and system consolidation projects, including data mapping, validation, and quality checks, to ensure clean transitions between platforms.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and the college’s leadership development system, contributing to a team culture aligned with the heart, vision, and values of Charis Bible College.
  • Model professional and Godly conduct that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Charis Bible College, setting a positive example for students and staff.
  • Apply AI technology responsibly to solve problems and improve workflows, ensuring all use complies with ministry AI policies, and help equip others to do the same.
  • Other roles and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience configuring business applications such as Airtable, including workflows and automations, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to query data from existing systems to support reporting needs.
  • Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Innovative thinking and bias toward action.
  • Ability to learn and administer new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • Must have a genuine heart for the ministry and students.
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a ministry setting.
  • Experience with Airtable (or similar workflow platforms) and Kajabi (or similar LMS/content platforms) is a plus.
  • 3+ years in a professional educational environment preferred.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
