Skills Required
- Current RN licensure in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Minimum one year of long-term care nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership or charge nurse experience supervising and coaching clinical staff
- Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
