Vos missions

Contribution aux activités courantes / processus Compensation & Benefit C&B:

  • Participer aux enquêtes de rémunération / avantages sociaux

  • Réaliser des benchmarks de rémunération externes et internes. 

  • Déployer les programmes d’épargne salariale (Actionnariat salarié, Intéressement & Participation) et assurer leur bon déroulement de ces campagnes (animation réseau RH, outils de communication salarié , listes des éligibles / bénéficiaires, relation étroite avec le teneur de compte,... etc.).

Contribution aux activités courantes reporting RH : 

  •  Réaliser les études annuelles obligatoires (index égalité Femmes-Hommes, rapport social, liasses fiscales, etc.) et des études ponctuelles selon les besoins (expertises CSE, demandes opérationnelles des sites, etc.).

  • Fournir des reportings internes hebdomadaires et mensuels (liasses fiscales, reportings sociaux, etc.)

  • Élaborer les enquêtes et des rapports mensuels ou annuels (pour la France : DARES, UIMM, GIM, etc.)

  • Être le référent pour les établissements VALEO auprès des organismes externes et des auditeurs externes (SECAFI, etc.)

  • Suivre les différents tableaux de bord mis à disposition des opérationnels et de la Direction.  

Participation en mode projet à la structuration de l’équipe et optimisation des processus : 

  • Outils C&B et reporting et des guides d’utilisation.

  • Recherche d’efficience des processus existants (développement, harmonisation, standardisation des rapports & outils etc.) sous la direction du responsable d'équipe

À propos de vous :

  • Formation : Bac +4 / 5 de type École de commerce ou d’Ingénieur

  • Qualités requises : agilité, rigueur, organisation, force de proposition

  • Compétences informatiques requises : Suite Google et/ou Suite Microsoft Office

  • Langues : Français, Anglais professionnel souhaité

Your responsibilities: 

Contribution to day-to-day activities/processes Compensation & Benefits C&B: 

- Participate in compensation/benefits surveys
- Conduct external and internal compensation benchmarks. 
- Roll out employee savings programs (employee share ownership, profit sharing, and incentive plans) and ensure these campaigns run smoothly (HR network coordination, employee communication tools, lists of eligible employees/beneficiaries, close relationship with the account holder, etc.).

Contribute to day-to-day HR reporting activities: 
- Conduct mandatory annual studies (gender equality index, social report, tax returns, etc.) and ad hoc studies as needed (CSE expert reports, operational requests from sites, etc.).
- Provide weekly and monthly internal reports (tax returns, social reports, etc.).
- Develop monthly or annual surveys and reports (for France: DARES, UIMM, GIM, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact for VALEO establishments with external organizations and external auditors (SECAFI, etc.).
- Monitor the various dashboards made available to operational staff and management.    

Participate in project mode in team structuring and process optimization: 
- C&B and reporting tools and user guides.
- Seek efficiency in existing processes (development, harmonization, standardization of reports & tools, etc.) under the direction of the team leader.

About you:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business or engineering school
Required qualities: agility, rigor, organization, ability to generate ideas
Required computer skills: Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite    
Languages: French, professional English desired
Duration: early October 2025 to late April 2026
