We are looking for you, if you:

have experience as engineer or some other technical background in IT,

have at least 1 year of experience in team management,

are able to combine development or engineering engagement with managing people.
English level - B2+.
You'll get extra points for:

professional certification related with data management and/or AI,

Information about the squad:
Data Platforms area is an international environment with almost 70 (growing) highly qualified professionals, working in more than ten product teams and four chapters. Our expertise lies in the development and management of Data and Analytics Platforms. We are participating in development of ING Global Platforms related with analytics, big data, data science and data governance as well as development of Engineering Journey platforms (IT4IT). Our platforms operate on Private, Public and Hybrid environments. Our squads autonomy and end to end responsibility is key for us, so we support Data Ops, SRE and Agile principles.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Chapter Lead Engineer III”.
