Job Summary
A member of the Transactional Services team involved in developing and maintaining relationships with the coverage team to help managing channel requirements for a portfolio of Corporate and Business Banking Customers.
Job Description

To sell and maintain the Absa channel product range developed for Transactional Services, ensuring the business remains competitive.
- The key products covered under this role are - Direct Banking Channels (Online banking-Absa Access Online, Trade Management Online, Host Channels).
- Provide technical and client support in relations to Channel onboarding and utilisation.
- To deliver performance excellence through working as part of a team which undertakes a wide range of processing and client servicing activities.
- Undertake required processing activities for all new channel onboarding
- Assist in pushing for utilisation of all corporate channels
- Support on providing statistical figures and MI on a regular basis as requested
- Monitor manual transactions to ensure the shift to digital
- Act as point of contact for Channel team for customer queries and maintenance from stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned in accordance with the role within the channel team.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Degree with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent of 1 year bank related experience.
Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
