Your Day to Day
As a Channel Sales Representative, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers, becoming their trusted point of contact.
Learn about each customer’s business goals and challenges to recommend solutions that support their growth.
Organize and lead regular business review meetings with customers to discuss their needs, share updates, and suggest ways to get more value from our products.
Look for opportunities to introduce additional products and services that would benefit your customers, helping them expand their usage and improve their experience.
What We’re Looking For
As a Channel Sales Representative, you’ll bring:
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within a B2B or technology environment
Strong resilience and resourcefulness; curious, quick-witted, and able to navigate challenges
Tech-savvy mindset and ability to quickly learn new platforms and solutions
Professional proficiency in English (C1 or C2), comfortable presenting to external stakeholders and executive audiences
