Your Day to Day 
As a Channel Sales Representative, you will: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers, becoming their trusted point of contact. 

  • Learn about each customer’s business goals and challenges to recommend solutions that support their growth. 

  • Organize and lead regular business review meetings with customers to discuss their needs, share updates, and suggest ways to get more value from our products. 

  • Look for opportunities to introduce additional products and services that would benefit your customers, helping them expand their usage and improve their experience. 

What We’re Looking For 
As a Channel Sales Representative, you’ll bring: 

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within a B2B or technology environment 

  • Strong resilience and resourcefulness; curious, quick-witted, and able to navigate challenges 

  • Tech-savvy mindset and ability to quickly learn new platforms and solutions 

  • Professional proficiency in English (C1 or C2), comfortable presenting to external stakeholders and executive audiences
