Job DescriptionChannel Sales at Wise Platform is a high-growth function. As part of our strategy to scale globally, we are expanding the team with a dedicated manager based in Singapore to look at scaling the function in APAC.
Our team’s goal is to accelerate the adoption of Wise Platform by leveraging a trusted strategic channel partner ecosystem to win new deals, shorten sales cycles, and scale through channels.
As the Channel Sales Manager (APAC), you will build, scale, and operationalise our channel sales function across the region. You will focus on identifying, structuring, and nurturing relationships across top-tier core banking providers, payment platforms, system integrators (SIs), and strategic consultancies.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partnership Enablement & Operations: Own the governance, cross-market APAC coordination, and end-to-end lifecycle of new and existing partners - including commercial alignment, technical onboarding, contracting and launch.
Core Banking & Vendor Ecosystem Development: Identify and build strategic relationships with top-tier core banking providers and payment platforms to create pre-integrated connectors and scalable GTM pathways.
System Integrator & Consultancy Strategy: Build and execute go-to-market alliances with global and regional SIs and consultancies that deploy technology for banks across Southeast Asia, India, and the broader APAC region.
BD Alignment & Pipeline Generation: Work closely with the Business Development team - passing on qualified leads, partner-sourced opportunities, and account intelligence collected through channel activities to accelerate direct deal flows.
Ecosystem Assessment & Immediate Impact: Take immediate ownership of active regional partner relationships and execute a comprehensive ecosystem assessment across APAC players to map out high-priority channel partners, starting with system integrators across SEA and India.
Commercial Metrics & KPIs: Drive key commercial success metrics, targeting partner-sourced pipeline, time-to-live through repeatable integrations, and long-term transaction volume flowing through APAC channels.
What You Will Learn & Career Growth
High-Visibility Impact: Work directly alongside APAC commercial leads and global leadership to shape and scale the regional channel strategy from the ground up.
Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate daily across BD, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to build scalable commercial models.
Industry Transformation: Drive long-term impact on Wise Platform’s sales opportunities and sales cycle by shifting regional GTM from direct outreach to scalable, pre-integrated partner channels.
Qualifications
