Job Title: Channel Partner Manager


The Opportunity:We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to lead the charge in expanding and optimizing our partner ecosystem. Today, channel partners contribute 10-15% of Hevo’s new business, but we believe there’s immense untapped potential to grow this contribution to 30%. This role is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a critical revenue stream, driving success for both Hevo and our partners.


Your Role:As a Channel Partner Manager at Hevo, you will

1. Expand the Partner Network: Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners who align with our growth vision.

2. Enable Partner Success: Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to empower partners to effectively represent and sell Hevo’s solutions.

3.Maximize Partner Impact: Develop strategies to enhance partner performance, driving incremental sales and revenue contributions.

4.Align Efforts for Growth: Collaborate with Hevo’s sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of channel initiatives.

5.Innovate Incentives and Programs: Design and execute programs that motivate and reward partner success, including co-marketing campaigns and training initiatives.

6.Monitor and Optimize: Track partner KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable strategies to drive growth.

7.Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that position Hevo as a trusted and preferred solution.

8.Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitor movements to keep Hevo and our partners competitive.


What Makes You a Great Fit:

Experience: 5-7 years in channel management, partnerships, or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.

5.Growth-Oriented: A proactive approach to learning, adapting, and excelling in dynamic situations.

6.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
