Company Description

Agile IT is a Microsoft AOS-G partner and Cyber AB Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO) built for the Defense Industrial Base. As one of six original AOS-G resellers for GCC High, we help defense contractors meet CMMC compliance and operate securely in Microsoft cloud environments. Our customers build fighter jet components, naval propulsion systems, satellite payloads, and aerospace platforms that support the Department of War. We make sure their Microsoft environments are ready for the job.

We are in a high-growth phase, and we are stacking the team to match. This role sits at the center of how we get DIB clients across the finish line, from first gap assessment through a C3PAO-led Level 2 assessment and the compliance work that follows.

Job Description

We are building a partner program from scratch. Our Head of Channel recruits the partners and decides how the program runs. You make sure it runs.

That means every referral gets logged, every registered deal gets a decision, and every partner-sourced opportunity can be traced back to the partner who sent it. When a partner asks where their deal stands, you know the answer before they finish the email.

This is an inside role that also travels. When you are not at an event, you will spend most of your time in our CRM, our partner tracking tools, and spreadsheets that other people depend on. Expect some of the processes you build in your first quarter to be rewritten by your second. The program will grow faster than its first version.

We will judge this role on whether the partner pipeline is accurate, current, and moving.

What You'll Own

  • Partner records. Onboard new partners into our systems, keep agreements, contacts, and tiers current, and close out partners who go quiet.
  • Deal registration. Receive registrations, check them for conflicts with existing opportunities, route them for a decision, and tell the partner the outcome. Quickly, and in writing.
  • Pipeline hygiene. Every partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunity carries the right source, the right partner, and the right stage. You find the ones that do not and fix them with the owner.
  • Reporting. Build and run the weekly partner pipeline report for our scorecard. When a number moves, know why before someone asks.
  • Referral payouts. Track what each partner has earned under their agreement and prepare payouts for approval and accounting. You calculate. You do not approve.
  • Event follow-through. Handle registrations, badge lists, and shipping for the events the Head of Channel picks, then get every contact from the event into the CRM within the week. A conference without follow-up is a very expensive trip.
  • Partner communications. Send program updates, distribute enablement materials built with marketing, and keep the partner contact list clean enough that the right person gets the right email.

What Comes to Us

The Head of Channel decides which partners we sign, which events we attend, and which tools we use. Partner agreements, referral fees, and payouts are approved by the CEO.

You will not sell. When a partner brings a deal, our sales team works it, and you keep the record of it straight from first referral to close.

If something in a registration or a payout looks wrong, flag it. Catching it is part of the job, and nobody here will be annoyed that you did.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • One to two years in sales operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or partner support at a B2B technology company

  • Daily working experience in a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce

  • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time

  • Spreadsheet skills strong enough to build a report someone else can trust

  • Written communication that partners can act on without a follow-up call

  • Attention to detail that holds up on the hundredth record, not just the first

  • CCP certification within twelve months of hire, supported by Agile IT

  • U.S. person status, required by the nature of our customers' work

PREFERRED

  • Experience with a partner relationship management platform

  • Experience coordinating trade shows or conferences

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem

  • Exposure to defense, federal, or another regulated market

  • Experience with Zoho or Autotask

Additional Information

Additional Information:

  • Salary: $70,304 to $85,000 per year. The final offer depends on experience, skills and location.

  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, retirement plan, PTO, professional development).

  • Work environment: This role is remote, with travel up to 30 percent of the time, mostly to the partner events on our calendar. We meet in person as a full company once a year, and the next one is in San Diego in early 2027.

  • You will report to our Head of Channel.

  • You will be the second person on a channel team of two. The upside is that you will see how a partner program gets built from the inside. The cost is that some days you will also be the person who finds out what does not work yet.

Agile IT is an equal opportunity employer. We make employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the hiring process, contact HR.

Here’s what a few of our customers have to say. “We’ve had a strong relationship with Agile IT for two years. The team takes their jobs seriously. They’re knowledgeable in many areas and transparent about what falls outside their expertise.” - Harry Tchira, President, Dotchi “Downtime has been incredibly reduced… my costs have decreased, also. It solved a lot of little problems we were having all in one-shot, which was cool.” -- John Merritt, SVP / CIO YMCA of San Diego County “The money we spent on Agile IT’s help is far less than it would have cost us in downtime, or productivity on my part.” -- Chris Burtch, CTO, TrendSource Our goal is simple. Help business tap the full potential of their software and systems. At Agile IT, we’re not only experts in the cloud, we provide services that have a deep impact on your bottom line, including business automation, data, integration and intelligence.
