As a member of the Field & Channel Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our channel marketing strategy and supporting our partners, tech alliances, MSSPs, and distributors across EMEA with their go-to-market plans and regional-specific goals.
In this role, you will be a highly organized person who can do the hands-on work of managing logistics for activities taking place in person or virtually in the region, working closely with the Global Field & Partner Marketing Director.
You will be responsible for tracking results and reporting on campaign success and deliverables.
This role requires strong collaboration, resourcefulness, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
Travel to partner and distribution sites will be required. The successful candidate will be personable, organized, energetic, and an out-of-the-box thinker, ideally with some understanding of the reseller/distributor channel ecosystem.

- Help execute regional/local field and channel marketing activities
- Research and identify relevant activities and assist in building business cases to secure funding and approvals
- Use marketing programs to drive incremental opportunities through our network of distributors, resellers, and MSSP partners.
- Drive the channel network across APJ to reach their full potential in amplifying and scaling our go-to-market strategy.
- Develop innovative and creative campaigns and social media strategies, amplifying these through the channel network.
- Be a true partner to the key stakeholders in the sales team, taking ownership of the marketing plans and direction.
- Be visible and build relationships across the APJ channel network and internally within the organization.
- Report and present on the pipeline and your business area.
- Manage budgets and contracts.
- Coordinate Fulfillment houses, including stock and shipping and keep an up to date inventory
- Work with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense and Tech Target
- Proven experience in a B2B Channel Marketing role, ideally for security or enterprise software company
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution, and measurement
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices, including LinkedIn campaigns, TechTarget, SEO/SEM
- Experience with organizing local and regional events
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth, change, and problem resolution
- Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written English skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a must
