The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing activities in support of key distributors in North-West Europe and driving growth across the portfolio of nVent HOFFMAN, CADDY, ERICO, and ERIFLEX product lines. Working with EMEA integrated marketing, sales and channel leadership, the Channel Marketing Manager will build and execute investment and marketing plans with distributors in target markets with prominent e-commerce focus in boosting digital sales. This role will conduct research into the marketing methods of distributors and measure their effectiveness, develop and manage marketing programs within the channel, and develop content in support of these programs. The successful manager will deliver top line growth with selected partners and manage the Channel Marketing budget.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with key distribution partners by driving and executing joint marketing plans to achieve shared revenue growth goals.
Define and execute the e-commerce strategy for each partner channel to align with the company’s overall business goals.
Work closely with regional sales leadership, product management, channel management, and marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Identify growth opportunities and align channel marketing budget with growth priorities to achieve maximum impact.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, social) across multiple channels, adapting tactics to partner and customer needs.
Work closely with regional sales leadership, product management, channel management, and marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Conduct channel focused marketing research.
Synthesizes campaign data to measure ROI, utilization and pipeline impact. Publishes reports with actionable recommendations
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required (focus in Marketing or, Business, or related field)
Ideally 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including channel marketing and e-commerce, preferably working for a major electrical distributor or for a large industrial products manufacturer.
A history of successful development, deployment, and measurement of major marketing campaigns.
Extensive experience with e-commerce, SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics (owned & distributor website).
Excellent English language skills; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of modern marketing platforms, CMS and analytical tools.
Excellent professional and creative written and verbal communication skills.
