Channel Marketing Manager
Location: Chicago- Hybrid
The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Halo Investing’s platform across the RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Private Bank channels.
This highly collaborative role blends strategic planning and hands-on execution, managing both internal and external resources to deliver measurable growth. This role will drive adoption and awareness by setting the vision for integrated, data-driven, and AI-enhanced advisor engagement. The Lead will focus on strategic alignment with Halo’s Enterprise Relationship Managers (ERMs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to unlock measurable growth across key partner firms and advisor segments.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Strategy & Vision: Define and own the annual and quarterly channel marketing strategies, campaign calendars, and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) aligned with Halo's overarching growth objectives. Translate strategic goals into high-impact, long-term programs.
- Integrated Growth Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of multi-touch campaigns (digital, social, email, events) to move advisors from awareness through platform adoption. Ensure channel-specific messaging and positioning are aligned to advisor and home-office audiences.
- Enterprise & Sales Alignment: Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Enterprise Relationship Managers and Regional Vice Presidents. Partner with senior stakeholders at enterprise firms to secure alignment, present strategic marketing plans, and share performance insights.
- Strategic Resource Management: Lead the strategic management of external creative vendors, freelancers, and partner marketing teams to ensure all creative output is modern and data-driven.
- AI Innovation & Optimization: Champion the strategic adoption of AI-driven tools for personalization, predictive analytics, and content optimization. Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases to improve collaboration, pipeline visibility, and engagement insights.
- Performance & Insight Ownership: Own the measurement framework for channel campaigns, partnerships, and events. Synthesize performance data using advanced analytics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Head of Growth and Revenue Leaders.
- The ideal candidate has 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in wealth management, fintech, or asset management distribution).
- Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution, including managing vendors, freelancers, and partner marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of channel-specific marketing and proven record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong advocate for AI adoption in marketing, with the ability to identify, test, and scale relevant AI use cases that drive efficiency, personalization, or data insights.
- Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex financial concepts into clear, advisor-focused messaging.
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and field sales teams
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.

- This is a Chicago-based hybrid role, working 3 days/week in our downtown Chicago office.
