How you make a difference
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will ensure that Samsung’s Consumer Electronics products are optimally positioned and promoted with key (r)e-tailers in the Benelux, such as Media Markt and Coolblue. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and manage commercial and digital marketing plans, Retail Media strategy, optimize online store traffic, and implement (online) media campaigns to support product launches.
Key Responsibilities
· Overall responsibility for developing and managing commercial and digital marketing plans, including full-funnel media campaigns and Retail Media Strategies.
· Coaching seniors and trainees; fostering talent development and enhancing the team’s skills in tools, processes, and domain expertise.
· Budget owner of the channel marketing budget, overseeing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
· Stakeholder management across the Benelux: aligning with multiple Sales managers, Marketing- and Product Managers, Key Accountmanagers and Corporate Marketing.
· End-to-end responsibility for product launches, including content strategy, product videos, reviews, and influencer campaigns.
· Leading strategic projects such as Co-CRM, Retail Media Strategy, Sponsored Products, and other innovations.
· Providing data-driven insights and campaign analyses, supporting the team with operational tasks.
· Monthly presence in Belgium to support local teams and projects.
· Reporting and presenting results and strategies to internal stakeholders.

Your team
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 7 channel marketers in the Benelux. You will guide and develop the team, coach seniors in managing trainees, and ensure everyone grows in knowledge and expertise. The pace at Samsung is fast, and flexibility is essential, particularly when managing major projects and tight deadlines. You can rely on a dedicated team focused on achieving results together, and your ability to collaborate and adapt will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment.

We also request:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Dutch and English at a professional level.
- A passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Experience coaching and developing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
